When 10 Super Stock competitors ran seven laps in Cocoa Beach’s third race on Sunday, the front-runner changed numerous times, with LPC Racing, Your Storage Units and Team Allen Lawn Care battling for the number-one spot. By lap 3, Bill Allen and Cody McDowell in Team Allen Lawn Care had built up a very comfortable lead, which they managed to maintain.

In the race’s final lap, Nick Scafidi and Brad Wade barrel rolled in Your Storage Units, ending the race as a white flag came down. Both racers were extracted from the boat, which had landed upside down, and were announced to be OK. Team Allen Lawn Care was the class’s unofficial winner. Several boats, including S-42 Jack Hammer, S-54 CMR, and S-111 Reliable Services, suffered mechanical issues.
