The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas announces that Big Thunder Marine at Lake of the Ozarks, has earned Certification as a Five Star Marine Industry Certified Dealership.

Big Thunder Marine has gained a certificate of completion and recognition as a Certified Dealer through the MRAA’s Certification program. To gain Certification, the dealership devoted itself to maintaining the strict requirements for the program by displaying outstanding dedication to delivering a superior boating experience for its customers. Ultimately, Big Thunder Marine has committed itself to enhancing process improvements, employee and customer satisfaction, profitability and dealership progress.

Big Thunder Marine re-opened in 2015 under the Ross Family and quickly grew to the largest dealership at Lake of the Ozarks. With the acquisitions of Glencove Marina, Wake Effects, Lakeport Marina, and Ozark Yacht Club, along with the construction of the Speed and Luxury Showroom and remodel of the Family Boating Center, they have more locations around the lake to help serve the needs of boaters and vacationers than anyone else.
